Out of Stock Products:
If a Customer places an order for Products that are out of stock, GAVMANAK will contact the customer to advise and use its reasonable endeavours to deliver the Products to the Customer as soon as possible once the Products have been received from GAVMANAK’s supplier. Unless the Customer advises GAVMANAK in the meantime that they no longer require the Products. GAVMANAK make no warranty that out of stock products will become available.
Shipping & Returns
Orders will be posted once payment has been received and cleared. Either via PayPal or Direct Deposit. Be aware Direct deposit can take up to 2 working days to clear.
We will endeavour to post orders within 24 – 48 Hours and be received within 2 – 7 working days within Australia depending on state. When item is out of stock and needs to be imported you will be notified of ETA or offered an alternative.
Orders will be sent via Australia post or TNT Courier.
If special postage requirements are needed they can be made via firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone on 0414622007.
All products will be covered by Manufacturers warranties or by GAVMANAK’s discretion. Items will not be covered if the following:
- Incorrect storage,
- Accidental damage or
- Wear and tear.
For all warranty issues and returns contact first before sending. When sending you should have a copy of your original receipt in with item. If receipt/proof of purchase is not available warranty is void.

- Please choose your products carefully.
- If making a return due to purchasing incorrect size, colour or fit. Return MUST be made within 30 days of purchase and a subject to a 10% restocking fee.
- When exchanging for another size, returned item must be in original packaging as new and unworn.
- In with the return a return post bag addressed to your address.
- Imported or Special-order items cannot be returned.
Note: Footwear will not be exchanged if worn.
