Terms of Service

Out of Stock Products

If you place an order for a product that is currently out of stock, GAVMANAK will promptly notify you of the situation. We will make every reasonable effort to fulfill your order as soon as the product becomes available from our supplier. If you decide you no longer need the product, please inform us so we can make the appropriate arrangements. Note that GAVMANAK cannot guarantee that out-of-stock items will be restocked.

Shipping & Returns

Web Orders

Orders will be shipped once payment has been received and cleared. Payments can be made via PayPal or Direct Deposit. Please allow up to 2 working days for Direct Deposit payments to clear.
We aim to dispatch orders within 24–48 hours. Delivery times within Australia typically range from 2–7 working days, depending on your location. If an item is out of stock and requires importing, you will be notified of the estimated arrival date or offered an alternative.

Warranty

All products are covered by manufacturer warranties or, at GAVMANAK’s discretion, may be assessed for warranty coverage. However, products will not be covered under warranty if the issue is due to:

  1. Neglect.
  2. Improper storage.
  3. Accidental damage.
  4. Normal wear and tear.

For warranty and return inquiries, please contact us before sending any items. Ensure you include a copy of your original receipt with the returned item, as proof of purchase is required for warranty claims. Without proof of purchase, the warranty will be void.

Returns

Please select your products carefully. If you need to return an item because of incorrect size, color, or fit, returns must be made within 30 days of purchase and are subject to a 30% restocking fee.

For size exchanges, the returned item must:

  1. Be in its original packaging.
  2. Be unworn and in as-new condition.
  3. Include a prepaid return postage bag addressed to your delivery address.

Please note:

  1. Special-order or imported items cannot be returned.
  2. Footwear cannot be exchanged if it has been worn.
